are emphasized in this hour long class. Yogic breathing, work with
partners, and relaxation are all integrated creating a complete
workout for the body, mind, and spirit!
Heated Vinyasa
Sun-saluatations to warm and energize the body, a continuous flow
of postures linked to the breath, relaxation, breath work, and spiritual
readings included in this hour and a half practice. A class designed
for students that enjoy breaking a sweat, while releasing toxins!
Reflect
and Release
An hour well spent on releasing the day’s stresses, while
reflecting on what’s going on within the physical, mental,
and emotional body. A combination of breathing techniques, basic
postures, and mindfulness meditation are used to bring presence
and centering as we wind down the day.

"BEACH YOGA/YOGA FOR LIFE"
(Beginner, Intermediate & Advanced Yoga Students)
Designed to familiarize you with the meaning of YOGA, its origin and
introduce you briefly to the various schools of yoga from the gentler
meditative to the more powerful athletic forms. You will learn how
yoga can have a profound effect on your life. It can benefit any person
at any age, gender, fitness level or physical condition to: weight
loss, stress management, rehabilitation, athletic conditioning, general
wellness, etc. You will experience a yoga workout incorporating the
basic components of a traditional yoga class. Beginning with a brief
body awareness exercise, breathing techniques, series of warm-up stretches
and classical yoga postures that are designed to increase your metabolism
while building, strength, flexibility and balance: without the risk
of injury common to high-impact sports and fitness activities. You
will experience a workout that is both fun and challenging, enough
to make you want to come back for more!
"YOGA BASICS"

Introduction to basic breathing techniques, warm-ups, classical Hatha
yoga postures/stretches and techniques for relaxation, releasing stress
and revitalizing the mind, body and spirit. Each class is structured
beginning with an initial check-in and brief education, body and breath
awareness, warm-up stretches, series of postures, deep relaxation
concluding with final affirmation.
"AQUA YOGA"
A "whole body approach to enhancing your physical and mental well-being
utilizing traditional yoga postures and breathing techniques in a
non-impact fluid environment. This workout is designed to build strength,
balance and flexibility without the risk of injury common in high
impact sports and fitness activities; leaving you feeling energized
and relaxed. A new way to expand your current yoga practice or begin
one.
"PILATES FUNDAMENTALS"
Designed to familiarize you with the basic Pilates Principles and
learn how to master them to integrate into your own individual lifestyle
and physical activities. Exercises are sequentially designed to promote
balance of the musculoskeletal system, core strength, spinal flexibility
and improve one's posture emphasizing concentration, precision of
and quality of movement. Workout integrating the two mainstream of
the Pilates schools of thought: The Method/Physical Mind and Stott
Mat Work Conditioning.
"YOGA FOR ATHLETIC CONDITIONING"
Basic introduction to flowing sequence of postures to tone and strengthen

Class specifically designed for those who deem themselves inflexible,
experience lower back pain, have tight hamstrings & hip flexors.

Private Sessions
PERSONAL TRAINING ONE-ON-ONE
Specializes in developing individualized training programs for persons
of different physical fitness levels and activity. Able to design exercise
programs for persons with special medical and physical conditions such
as arthritis, diabetes, hypertension, pre-& post-natal, post rehabilitation
training for injuries. Each Training Session focuses on: Cardiovascular
Conditioning, Flexibility, Strength and Resistance Training, Core Stability
and Proper Nutrition.
YOGA THERAPY SESSION
Specifically designed to meet the individual's needs and special medical
condition(s). No diagnosis of any medical problem (s) or concern(s)
will be provided. It is a process of integration intended to facilitate
wholeness and self-awareness.
