ZEN YOGA (MEDITATION
IN MOTION)
Mindful , conscious
yoga practice linking the body, breath & mind. Helping to stretch
the connective tissue (ligaments, tendons, and fascia) around the
joints in order to heal and restore the body while utilizing the
breath to still the mind.
POWER VINYASA (Intermediate)- Strong,
powerful, core bases practice that will allow you to release tension
while building strength, stability and balance. This class is geared
more towards energetic/athletic individuals that have a general
knowledge of yoga postures.
Yoga CORE Ball- Combines cardio/strength
in a mini boot camp like class using physioballs, light dumbbells,
bands, etc.; working your abs, back, thighs and butt. Intense body
scultping workout!
ACTIVE VINYASA- Flow through various
postures to build strength and flexibility while stimulating the
mind and body. Open to all levels with focus on increasing one's
energy and vitality.
YOGA NIDRA Gentle
guided meditation whose literal translation means Yogic Sleep, open to all. This class will lead you through a series of mindfulness techniques that are simple and easy to do; leaving you feeling peacful and serene. All you do is lie down comfortably with a blanket and listen. font>
YIN YOGA -Relaxed, gentle, passive
yoga practice where postures are held for sveral minutes to stretch
the connective tissue (ligaments, tendons, and fascia); focusing
on the hips/pelvis, shoudlers/upper back & spine.

BEACH
YOGA
(Beginner, Intermediate & Advanced Yoga Students)
Designed to familiarize you with the meaning of YOGA, its origin
and introduce you briefly to the various schools of yoga from the
gentler meditative to the more powerful athletic forms. You will
learn how yoga can have a profound effect on your life. It can benefit
any person at any age, gender, fitness level or physical condition
to: weight loss, stress management, rehabilitation, athletic conditioning,
general wellness, etc. You will experience a yoga workout incorporating
the basic components of a traditional yoga class. Beginning with
a brief body awareness exercise, breathing techniques, series of
warm-up stretches and classical yoga postures that are designed
to increase your metabolism while building, strength, flexibility
and balance: without the risk of injury common to high-impact sports
and fitness activities. You will experience a workout that is both
fun and challenging, enough to make you want to come back for more!
YOGA BASICS
(Beginner's)
Introduction to basic breathing techniques, warm-ups, classical
Hatha yoga postures/stretches and techniques for relaxation, releasing
stress and revitalizing the mind, body and spirit. Each class is
structured beginning with an initial check-in and brief education,
body and breath awareness, warm-up stretches, series of postures,
deep relaxation concluding with final affirmation.Designed
for those who thought of trying yoga, alittle unsure where to begin
or who are looking for a way to renew their past practice.
BASIC STRETCH & STRENGTHEN
Class specifically designed for those who deem themselves inflexible,
experience lower back pain, have tight hamstrings & hip flexors.
Learn to stretch & strengthen core muscles to ensure a healthy
back, reverse muscles imbalances, reduce muscle tension & increase
one’s mobility. Enhance your athletic performance, stamina,
and endurance by increasing flexibility, strength & balance.

RESTORATIVE
YOGA
Center on cultivating your inward focus and meditative awareness
along with the practice of yoga postures and pranayama (breathing
exercises).

yoga postures & stretching for experienced yogis.
AQUA YOGA
A "whole body approach to enhancing your physical and mental well-being
utilizing traditional yoga postures and breathing techniques in
a non-impact fluid environment. This workout is designed to build
strength, balance and flexibility without the risk of injury common
in high impact sports and fitness activities; leaving you feeling
energized and relaxed. A new way to expand your current yoga practice
or begin one.
HOT POWER VINYASA
YOGA
Powerful practice linking postures and movement in a heat-based
vinyasa flow routine, helping to relieve tension, tightness and
toxins within the body. Focus on stretching and strengthening of
core muscles while challenging the stability and balance of the
mind, body & spirit.
Private Sessions
PERSONAL TRAINING ONE-ON-ONE
Specializes in developing individualized training programs for persons
of different physical fitness levels and activity. Able to design
exercise programs for persons with special medical and physical conditions
such as arthritis, diabetes, hypertension, pre-& post-natal, post
rehabilitation training for injuries. Each Training Session focuses
on: Cardiovascular Conditioning, Flexibility, Strength and Resistance
Training, Core Stability and Proper Nutrition.
YOGA THERAPY SESSION
Specifically designed to meet the individual's needs and special medical
condition(s). No diagnosis of any medical problem (s) or concern(s)
will be provided. It is a process of integration intended to facilitate
wholeness and self-awareness.
